Tartan days.

Edit7 Edit6 Edit5 Edit4
(Dress - Charity Shop, Bow - Primark)

4 outfit posts in a row! I think I'm finally getting used to this outfit-posting-malarky, and getting into the habit of taking many photographs before (or after in this case) I leave the house. Today I spent the afternoon at the hairdressers, hence the over-straightened hair. Although it doesn't really look much different in the photographs, I've had lots of layers cut into the front and I really like it.

The snow where I live is still being a nuisance, and 5 minute walks are taking much longer - the snow is almost up to my knees in some parts, crazy! So I haven't really been to very many things the last few days, just a quick trip to ikea for some daim cake, aka the nicest cake ever. And spending money on a set of drawers, which I'd like to add, I constructed myself (flat-pack goddess alert)!

This dress is something I found a few months ago whilst charity shopping. Although I don't charity shop that often, majority of my favourite clothes are from them, including this beauty. It's tartan, has 3/4 length sleeves, a frilly collar and it's my favourite fit - totally my cup of tea. And despite it being two sizes too big for me, you can't really tell, which I was very happy about. You may have noticed I'm not wearing the bow in all of the photographs, I decided halfway through taking them, that it would be a nice little addition, especially since I find wearing a patterned dress like this can be a little in your face sometimes!

What are your favourite charity shop finds?
